These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding your use of the aqq9 platform. By accessing or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.
Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the aqq9 website or platform, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. - Using bots, scripts, or automated methods to play games or gain an unfair advantage

Any breach of this prohibition will result in immediate account closure, and all balances may be forfeited.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on aqq9 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking methods.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Withdrawal requests typically take 24 to 72 hours to process. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
Information on minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts is available in the platform's Payment section and is subject to change. Where applicable, transaction fees may apply and will be clearly communicated at the time of deposit or withdrawal.
If you experience any issue with a transaction, please notify our support team immediately. aqq9 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of being fraudulent.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Aqq9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

All content on the aqq9 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and other materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of aqq9 or its licensors.
No part of this content may be copied, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform is permitted; however, this does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
Intellectual property rights related to third-party games or content remain with their respective owners. aqq9 displays such content solely under license.
